Jake loves ice hockey, and is usually quick with a joke or an old story from his days as a firefighter. Jake and his wife Victoria have two sons and a daughter and they are loving life here in Miami and are enjoying making it their home. Jake is a Florida native, who moved down to Miami after a successful stint at another Precision Door Service location. Jake began as an installer, and then gained experience as a service technician as well. He has always demonstrated a concern for making sure his customers are treated well and are made to feel like family. Any questions, call anytime!

Found you on home advisor along with two other companies. Your service was by far superior. From the scheduling, Jake was there within an hour of my call, and it was pouring rain. He gave me 3 options in details, and in writing. I knew I was going with you guys, but gave the other two a chance to respond. The installation was prompt and professional. Broken Garage Door Spring Repair The Hammocks, FL
Review:
The service technicians who made the service call to our home were extremely professional and technically proficient. They pointed out what needed to be done (some of which I was aware of) and the different price points. However, the price point for the total repair was too high. Given that my wife and I rarely use the garage, we are retired, and the lack of repairs did not impact the Hurricane sufficiency of the garage door, we declined to have the repairs done.

The technician showed up within the stated window and was efficient and made adjustments to the operator and conducted a safety inspection. All for a very reasonable service call charge! I will be using Precision exclusively for all my garage door repairs.
