I did my research and realize that precision door had extremely high ratings. As soon as I made the phone call and spoke to a young lady by the name of Kali I knew I was with the right company. She was delightful, very helpful, and had me sold on the company before I even met Alex. Today Alex came to my home. Technician, "ALEX" was fantastic with professional approach. He texted prior to arrival with a brief outline about himself as well as a picture. He seemed to understand our needs and promptly provided a project proposal. Unfortunately, the pricing was about 10% higher than our budget would allow, but we still believe this company is superior to any other garage door company around.
