I'm very pleased with the service provided by the Miami team. I have a very heavy 12' x 12' door which was becoming dangerous to operate and they fixed it and installed an automatic opener which is amazing. They had to come back 3 time for adjustments, and always did so promptly and free of charge. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing garage door service.

You rarely get service like this company offers. My appointment window was exact, and the technician was polite and willing to explain everything. They do a great job from ordering through payment, all on an iPad. And there was no paperwork to sign in triplicate and later scan. Instead, I got everything emailed to me same day (same minute!).

Three years ago I had a garage door installed with Precision and was totally satisfied with the service and professional installation of this company. Now I needed an electric opener and I called them again, this is how businesses grow by offering good service and quality products. I called in the morning and the tech was here within one and half hours. Less than two hours later it was done. The technician, Rainier Salcedo, is a true professional. Precision Door selected due to proximity of company to home plus number of positive customer reviews/comments. Tech Rainier Salcedo was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and did an outstanding job. My springs were broken and based on the quality of his work, I asked his opinion on any other improvements I could make to improve the door’s performance and based on his recommendation, I decided to also have him install all new rollers as well. Rainier exemplifies why the service sector is the economic engine of Miami.
