Compré un abridor de puerta de oscilación Liftmaster. Busqué en internet un distribuidor / instalador confiable en quien confiar. Mis resortes y rodillos fueron reemplazados en diciembre por Juan Menéndez. Debido a esa experiencia, los llamé la semana pasada para reparar mi puerta de garaje donde la conexión con el abridor se había roto. Esta reparación fue hecha por Robert. En ambos casos, la recepcionista fue muy amable y receptiva, y se programó una cita fácilmente. Estoy muy contento con el servicio proporcionado por el equipo de Miami. Tengo una puerta muy pesada de 12' x 12' que se estaba volviendo peligrosa de operar y ellos la arreglaron e instalaron un abridor automático que es increíble. El técnico que vino a hacer el mantenimiento regular de mi puerta de garaje no cumplió con mis expectativas. Llamé para expresar mi insatisfacción y hablé con el dueño, quien inmediatamente se disculpó y programó una cita conmigo para realizar él mismo el mantenimiento de mi puerta de garaje. Fue puntual y se tomó su tiempo para inspeccionar, ajustar el hardware y comprobar el equilibrio de la puerta. Me mencionó que necesitaré reemplazar mis rodillos, pero que no era algo que necesitara mi atención inmediata en este momento. Me complació su honestidad y profesionalismo.

Necesitaba instalar el abridor de la puerta del garaje y llamé a Precision después de intentar con varias otras compañías. Precision me ofreció un servicio el mismo día.
