I just want to take a minute to say what a great company. Your technician was on time and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain all the steps that he would be taking to diagnose the problem with my garage door opener. In the end he replaced to motor. It’s refreshing to encounter great customer service these days. I had called one other company before I called yours. They text me back this exact message. “Hi we got our team full with emergency Services. I don’t have any truck available near the área. I made a phone call inquiring about service at 4:30 PM. All my questions were answered professionally and to my satisfaction by Christy. A technician was dispatched for next day service between 8:00-12:00. Fabian Veloso arrived at 8:00AM. He diagnosed and discussed the options for replacement of a malfunctioning 30+ year old(!) garage door operator. An agreement on product selection and price was quick and uncomplicated. The install occurred with no drama and in just under 2 hours. I am delighted with Fabian's professionalism, product knowledge, skill and install competency. Highly recommend!
