I made a phone call inquiring about service at 4:30 PM. All my questions were answered professionally and to my satisfaction by Christy. A technician was dispatched for next day service between 8:00-12:00. Fabian Veloso arrived at 8:00AM. He diagnosed and discussed the options for replacement of a malfunctioning 30+ year old(!) garage door operator. An agreement on product selection and price was quick and uncomplicated. The install occurred with no drama and in just under 2 hours. I am delighted with Fabian's professionalism, product knowledge, skill and install competency. Highly recommend!

The Technician Rafael Acosta was very knowledgeable. After I demonstrated and told him what was the problem he knew exactly what the problem was and what he needed to do. We had been living with the annoying problem for quite a while because I feared the issue not happening when they came and then having to pay a service call fee of $75. But I recently came across their company online and noticed that they do not charge that fee if a service is completed and I now knew exactly when the problem occurred.. Rafael was in and out in no time and my garage door works perfect. Rafael was also very pleasant and respectful.

I chose Precision Overhead Door Service, because they were not a brokerage-referral service, but an actual local garage door company, offering an variety of beautiful garage doors, with wind and hurricane protection levels to select from. I purchased my garage door from them in 2022. A recent problem I had was corrected by technician, Fabian Veloso, who assed my garage door malfunction and corrected it within seconds. There was no charge. Precision ODS has always presented to me with the best technicians and customer service. My thanks to them!

We were told by Mr. Orlando Rodriguez that parts were no longer available for our Genie system although the bracket holding the front pulley for the chain had torn out of the wood into which it had been screwed. Very good service. He fixed the broken arm and did maintenance as well. I just have a question. I have been thru some bad hurricanes like Andrew in 1992. What happens if the electric goes off and I need to open the garage door? This door is very heavy. How would I get it open manually with no electric? Thank you for getting this garage door fixed so quickly.

I had been getting the run around from Lowes and Angi for 3 weeks trying to get my garage door opener installed. I called Precision Garage Door and immediately got a human, explained my situation and was given an appointment less than 2 hours later. The tech they sent was extremely knowledgeable and had my door opener installed and working in short order. I am so happy with precision. They are the absolute greatest!
