I'm very pleased with the service provided by the Miami team. I have a very heavy 12' x 12' door which was becoming dangerous to operate and they fixed it and installed an automatic opener which is amazing. They had to come back 3 time for adjustments, and always did so promptly and free of charge. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing garage door service.

The technician that went to do regular maintenance on my garage door did not meet my expectations. I called to express my dissatisfaction and spoke with the owner, Robert, he immediately apologized and scheduled an appointment with me to perform the maintenance on my garage door himself. He was prompt and took his time to inspect, tighten up hardware and check the door balance. He mentioned to me that I will need to replace my rollers but that it was nothing the needed my immediate attention at this time. I was pleased with his honesty and professionalism.

The technician, Fabian, performed a job on a higly professional level. They do a great job from ordering through payment, all on an iPad. And there was no paperwork to sign in triplicate and later scan. Instead, I got everything emailed to me same day (same minute!).
