You rarely get service like this company offers. My appointment window was exact, and the technician was polite and willing to explain everything. They do a great job from ordering through payment, all on an iPad. And there was no paperwork to sign in triplicate and later scan. Instead, I got everything emailed to me same day (same minute!).

I chose Precision Door Service because of their experience, time servicing the south Florida area and their fast and professional ability to respond to my home and repair what was needed. The Technician, Juan, was on time, very professional, and patiently explained what was needed, and gave me several options on how to approach the repair and how much I would pay for each option. I would definitely recommend Precision. I will be a customer for life. I rarely meet people with such a high level of customer service. I called in the morning because my garage door would not open all the the way. By noon I had a tec by the of Jose at my door to repair my garage door. He evaluated my situation and gave me options. Once I decided, he moved ahead and rebuilt my garage door. He got the job done fast and took time after to explain how to maintain the door going forward. He did a great job and was very informative. I would without any reservation recommend this company and especially Jose if you have garage door issues.

We selected Pecision because we saw your website and read the reviews. We had 3 new garage door motors installed and all the hardware replaced. Two technicians came, Mr. Juan Menendez and Mr. Rainier Salcedo, and performed the work. They were courteous, respectful and very professional!! ***** 5 star ***** The recommendations from my Gables neighbors was true. Juan and his partner ( sorry, don't remember your name ) came on time, and inspected my Sears garage door opener and the entire garage door apparatus. They walked me through the various issues and gave me salient advice as to their recommendation. Their thoroughness and care gave me confidence to have them replace the garage door opener with one of their brand. The installation was flawless and they cleaned up their work area well. The garage door is now more safe, more quiet and closes with a perfect seal on the bottom. Excellent performance.

I contacted Precision to change my garage door opener and received excellent service, it was a pleasure doing business with them. Within 1 hour of my call I had an appointment for the same day, Ray was very professional and knowledgeable about the product, he explained the repair options to me at different price ranges. Best of all he had all the parts with him, he replaced my opener and left my garage exactly as he found it. This garage door opener is the best I have ever had and the service was definitely 5 star.
