Highly impressed with the online chat service provided. I logged on after 8PM yesterday-Saturday 2/27/21, and within 10 minutes, Mary had provided me with an appointment for today between 2-4 PM. Fabian arrived at 3:30 and replaced broken spring and installed 10 silicone rollers. The whole ordeal probably took about 30-40 min. Garage door has never been quieter. Satisfied customer. Thank you Mary, Fabian and Precision!

Me. Juan Menéndez did an excellent job, very witty and fast. I woul recommend him for his skills and manners. I believe he represent very well the Co. codes and work ethics. He also gave us a completed and fast explanation of the different versions that we had to complete the job. He could be very well a Supervisor. We really liked him.

I am totally impressed and satisfied with the replacement of my noisy and shaky garage door. Robert and Juan came ontime and in an hour and a half had a SILENT and SMOOTHLY operating garage door installed. They were pleasant and personable and instructed me of the nuances of the new door. I am totally impressed with this company and will recommend them to all !!! Thank you Robert and Juan for a job very well done !!!

We searched the internet for a garage door repair service opened on Saturday & a location close to zip code 33157. Your name came up with positive reviews! Here’s another one from us: Technician called before arriving, and arrived earlier than expected which was a bonus. Jose Valdes was our technician. Extremely professional, personable, & presented us with options and went to work immediately. He replaced the broken torc spring, updated several moving parts (wheels & bearings) all in a workmanlike manner. This review comes from a retired residential contractor with 50 years experience who found it a pleasure to observe his efficiency!
