The technician, Juan, was very personable and friendly. He clearly explained how to use the new system. He did not appear to be rushed, and he listened to and answered all of my questions. Juan Menedez was very professional. He came in explained the operation of my garage in which I never had. He did not try to sell me anything I did not need or upsell me. I inquired about the new garage opener and he was done under 1.5 hours. I would recommend him for any garage door repair, install etc.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the entire team from the cheery voice that made my appointment to the service technicians. I just went through a hurricane & they came the same day I called. The technicians were very informative in explaining why my garage door no longer worked and they gave me three financial choices of repair which gives a consumer confidence knowing they are not just trying to sell you something at the highest price. I highly recommend this company.

Very good and prompt service. The tech called prior to arriving and he was actually early. Very knowledgeable and curious, also. Accomplished the 'tune-up' on the garage door in a short amount of time. He described what he did and also left a can of silicon spray to use when the rollers started getting noisy again. I am thoroughly pleased with the servicing and would recommend this company to others.

I contacted Precision because they were referred to me by a friend. Technician Vincent arrived and was very friendly and professional. Vincent checked my garage door and replaced a broken spring. He also suggested some preventative maintenance (without pressure) that was needed. Overall, I was very happy with the service and and even happier with the price. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door replacement/repair. They are awesome!
