I made a phone call inquiring about service at 4:30 PM. All my questions were answered professionally and to my satisfaction by Christy. A technician was dispatched for next day service between 8:00-12:00. Fabian Veloso arrived at 8:00AM. He diagnosed and discussed the options for replacement of a malfunctioning 30+ year old(!) garage door operator. An agreement on product selection and price was quick and uncomplicated. The install occurred with no drama and in just under 2 hours. I am delighted with Fabian's professionalism, product knowledge, skill and install competency. Highly recommend!

The Technician Rafael Acosta was very knowledgeable. After I demonstrated and told him what was the problem he knew exactly what the problem was and what he needed to do. We had been living with the annoying problem for quite a while because I feared the issue not happening when they came and then having to pay a service call fee of $75. But I recently came across their company online and noticed that they do not charge that fee if a service is completed and I now knew exactly when the problem occurred.. Rafael was in and out in no time and my garage door works perfect. Rafael was also very pleasant and respectful.

Very good service. He fixed the broken arm and did maintenance as well. I just have a question. I have been thru some bad hurricanes like Andrew in 1992. What happens if the electric goes off and I need to open the garage door? This door is very heavy. How would I get it open manually with no electric? Thank you for getting this garage door fixed so quickly.

My garage door needed a complete overhaul. New springs, spring shaft /bearing, cables, rollers, and a new garage door opener. It was a complete mess! I called Precision Garage Door Service and they had a technician out the next day. Rafael Acosta called in advance of the appointment to let me know he was on his way, and actually arrived early for our appointment. He took a look at my door and gave me a couple of options. He gave me an estimate and went to work. He had everything required in his service van and within 3 hours, I had a brand new garage door opening system. It wasn't cheap, but considering all the parts and labor, in my opinion, it was a fair price.Rafael was very professional, quite knowledgeable, and cleaned everything up before he left. He even helped us program the wireless feature of the opener. All in all, a very good experience, and I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service
