I am giving them a 5 bc they came out, professional and did what they had to..however the first technician splice the cables and it made the sensors set off to unable to close garage door...well we called they responded right away and had fabian come out and he was great, redid the whole work and put in new sensors and lines at no charge for the inconvenience..made my experience a very positive one...thank you fabian.

We are repeat customers of Precision Garage Door Service as we maintain several rental properties in the SoFla area. I have always been very satisfied with the prompt & professional service we received from them. For this reason I am disappointed to write this review. Earlier this week one of our garage door openers reached the end of its useful life and we needed to replace it. Knowing this, I called Precision Garage Door Service and as usual they were prompt and scheduled a technician to visit the home that afternoon. The technician arrived as scheduled and we reviewed the necessary repair service. (New opener, rail, cables + installation). This is where my customary experience with Precision Garage Door Service immediately changed. I did not "shop" this service as I have always found their quotes to be fair. This time however, I was surprised by the amount of the quote. The quote appeared to be high, very high. My instincts were proven correct when unfortunately, I had to call another local garage door companiy that we have utilized in the past. The Precision Garage Door Service was 40% more at $1400 for a comparable opener, rail, cables + installation. Hopefully, this was an oversight or error but I will unfortunately need to scrutinize their quotes if I call upon them again form any repairs.

A 15 tooth sprocket for my exiting garage 35yo door opener broke. I could not find a replacement part so I called Precision. Orlando Rodriguez from Precision came and surveyed my existing garage door opening installation and recommended I replace the unsafe springs, old chain drive door opener and mechanism, and door rollers.
