I did my research and realize that precision door had extremely high ratings. As soon as I made the phone call and spoke to a young lady by the name of Kali I knew I was with the right company. She was delightful, very helpful, and had me sold on the company before I even met Alex. Today Alex came to my home. He was the perfect person to come and speak to me about what I needed to do, what it would entail, and the product. I would not even bother getting a second opinion after dealing with these two people. I am expecting perfect results.

I contacted Precision Garage the upgrade my garage system. Noel was my technician along well th his assistant (can’t remember his name). Both gentlemen was extremely pro and knowledgeable. They gave me several options that help me to choose the best solution for my budget. No pushy sale tactics! Just straight forward and no gimmicks! I am big on customer service and they exceeded my expectations. I will highly recommend Precision Garage.

Jose was very friendly, professional and efficient. He showed up early as there was some confusion about the appointment time but that actually worked well. He understood my situation (I'm the tenant trying to convince my landlord to fix or replace the garage door) and didn't try to upsell me on any unnecessary repairs or upgrades. Now I just hope that the landlord agrees to the quote and we can move forward...
