He replaced the springs rollers and ball bearings. He made sure the door was in good running condition before leaving. I also appreciate your coming to my home the same day, no less earlier than expected.

The technician Jancarlos Antunez was very professional. He came on time and diagnosed the problem. He gave me three options for work to be done on the door depending on the level of repair work and the costs. Once I selected my preferred option, he went to work immediately. Jancarlos worked steadily until the necessary parts were replaced and the door was working without problems. Many thanks to Precision and Jancarlos for the professional and efficient operations.

Talk about meeting expectations. The garage door broke, I called Precision Garage Door and within two hours a technician was at the house. He was very helpful and suggested several ways to solve my problem. Always giving me options to meet my needs. Once we decided on what was to be done the repairs were completed in less than an hour.
