The reason I choose Precision is because my opener needed to be unprogrammed. Rafael and Chris were helpful, professional and friendly. Both gave me an advice regarding the rail and wheels that needs to be replaced. I ended up buying a new opener because we could not find in the house the other repeater that allows our cars to open the garage door.

I chose Precisión doors because I was very pleased with the with the efficient and professional service received when I first called to set an appointment. The receptionist was easy to work with as she listened carefully to my needs and was able to provide an early appointment for a consultation. I was also pleased to to meet my technician/consultant Alex, who was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. It’s obvious they have a great team and management support.
