My garage door needed a complete overhaul. New springs, spring shaft /bearing, cables, rollers, and a new garage door opener. It was a complete mess! I called Precision Garage Door Service and they had a technician out the next day. Rafael Acosta called in advance of the appointment to let me know he was on his way, and actually arrived early for our appointment. He took a look at my door and gave me a couple of options. He gave me an estimate and went to work. He had everything required in his service van and within 3 hours, I had a brand new garage door opening system. It wasn't cheap, but considering all the parts and labor, in my opinion, it was a fair price.Rafael was very professional, quite knowledgeable, and cleaned everything up before he left. He even helped us program the wireless feature of the opener. All in all, a very good experience, and I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service

The receptionist was easy to work with as she listened carefully to my needs and was able to provide an early appointment for a consultation. The reason I choose Precision is because my opener needed to be unprogrammed. Rafael and Chris were helpful, professional and friendly. Both gave me an advice regarding the rail and wheels that needs to be replaced. I ended up buying a new opener because we could not find in the house the other repeater that allows our cars to open the garage door.
