Frankly I decided to call Precision Door Services because it was opened on Sunday Nov. 15th, the day my garage door opener decided to stop working. However, it was a blessing that I called them. The technicians assigned to me, Mr Abreu, did an excellent job.

Precision Door selected due to proximity of company to home plus number of positive customer reviews/comments. Tech Rainier Salcedo was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and did an outstanding job. My springs were broken and based on the quality of his work, I asked his opinion on any other improvements I could make to improve the door’s performance and based on his recommendation, I decided to also have him install all new rollers as well. Rainier exemplifies why the service sector is the economic engine of Miami.

We called Precision on Friday and within 24 hours Fabian came out. He was able to repair our unit, when another company would have outright replaced at a higher cost. Exceptional service, and great technician. Highly recommended!

My springs and rollers were replaced in December by Juan Menendez. Because of that experience, I called them last week to repair my garage door where the connection with the opener had broken. This repair was done by Robert. In both cases the receptionist was very pleasant and responsive and an appointment was easily scheduled. The technicians arrived at the beginning of the appointment window and were very friendly, professional, easy to work with and responsive to any questions I had. This service could not have been better. I am happy to recommend them unconditionally and give them a 5 star rating, only because there is nothing higher!

I'm very pleased with the service provided by the Miami team. I have a very heavy 12' x 12' door which was becoming dangerous to operate and they fixed it and installed an automatic opener which is amazing. They had to come back 3 time for adjustments, and always did so promptly and free of charge. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing garage door service.

The technician that went to do regular maintenance on my garage door did not meet my expectations. I called to express my dissatisfaction and spoke with the owner, he immediately apologized and scheduled an appointment with me to perform the maintenance on my garage door himself. He was prompt and took his time to inspect, tighten up hardware and check the door balance. He mentioned to me that I will need to replace my rollers but that it was nothing the needed my immediate attention at this time. I was pleased with his honesty and professionalism.

Precision garage door did a great job when installing a new motor for my garage door. The technician arrived early after calling to check if that would be okay. Juan introduced himself and went immediately to the garage to assess the issue. He went to work quickly and had the repair done in a short time. Juan also applied silicone to the hinges and wheels/tracks. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Absolutely deserves 5 STARS. I will definitely call Precision again and plan to thank my neighbor for recommending this company.

Exceptional!!! Words cannot describe. I had the most amazing customer experience with Precision. Beginning with the appointment set up with Jenny. Very professional and courteous. When the appointment arrived, I was met with Juan who was extraordinary. He was also Very professional, courteous and VERY knowledgeable. His experience is a great asset to the company. He worked diligently and repaired my garage door leaving it working like new. I am extremely satisfied and A VERY HAPPY Customer. Price was well worth it. I thought it would take like two days to fix, but Juan fixed it fast. Thanks again.

Excellent service. Technician, Ray Salcedo, was very competent neat and polite. I am still waiting for my receipt to be emailed to me with the detailed explanation of what was done. I called them today to ask that this be taken care of and I was assured the receipt would be emailed to me within the hour. I will give them 5 stars once this is accomplished.
