I called because of an issue that I was having with my remote. Rafael arrived in almost 30 min and almost immediately found my problem. He checked for other issues and corrected my problem. I am extremely pleased with the expeditious resolution to my frustrating problem. I regret not calling sooner. This Company has exceptional customer service.

Precision is the most professional organization I have dealt in a long time. We called them one evening and they were out the next day. They confirmed our appointment via email and were at my home when they said they would be. You do not find this type of service this day and age. Not only that, they did not charge us stating the work was not significant enough to charge. This is my second time using Precision and I will use their services always. They are truly amazing!

Precision Door selected due to proximity of company to home plus number of positive customer reviews/comments. Tech Rainier Salcedo was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and did an outstanding job. My springs were broken and based on the quality of his work, I asked his opinion on any other improvements I could make to improve the door’s performance and based on his recommendation, I decided to also have him install all new rollers as well. Rainier exemplifies why the service sector is the economic engine of Miami.

My springs and rollers were replaced in December by Juan Menendez. Because of that experience, I called them last week to repair my garage door where the connection with the opener had broken. This repair was done by Robert. In both cases the receptionist was very pleasant and responsive and an appointment was easily scheduled. The technicians arrived at the beginning of the appointment window and were very friendly, professional, easy to work with and responsive to any questions I had. This service could not have been better. I am happy to recommend them unconditionally and give them a 5 star rating, only because there is nothing higher!

I'm very pleased with the service provided by the Miami team. I have a very heavy 12' x 12' door which was becoming dangerous to operate and they fixed it and installed an automatic opener which is amazing. They had to come back 3 time for adjustments, and always did so promptly and free of charge. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing garage door service.

The technician that went to do regular maintenance on my garage door did not meet my expectations. I called to express my dissatisfaction and spoke with the owner, he immediately apologized and scheduled an appointment with me to perform the maintenance on my garage door himself. He was prompt and took his time to inspect, tighten up hardware and check the door balance. He mentioned to me that I will need to replace my rollers but that it was nothing the needed my immediate attention at this time. I was pleased with his honesty and professionalism.
