Bringing that experience and putting it to use with our company has helped make sure we are able to handle even complicated issues pretty easily here in Miami. Fabian is a theme park enthusiast and usually spends time off heading to Orlando for the parks as much as he can. He took the time to explain all the steps that he would be taking to diagnose the problem with my garage door opener. In the end he replaced to motor. It’s refreshing to encounter great customer service these days. I had called one other company before I called yours. They text me back this exact message. “Hi we got our team full with emergency Services. I don’t have any truck available near the área. I called Precision Garage Door and immediately got a human, explained my situation and was given an appointment less than 2 hours later. I made a phone call inquiring about service at 4:30 PM. All my questions were answered professionally and to my satisfaction by Christy. A technician was dispatched for next day service between 8:00-12:00. Fabian Veloso arrived at 8:00AM. He diagnosed and discussed the options for replacement of a malfunctioning 30+ year old(!) garage door operator. An agreement on product selection and price was quick and uncomplicated. The install occurred with no drama and in just under 2 hours. I am delighted with Fabian's professionalism, product knowledge, skill and install competency. Highly recommend!

I chose Precision Overhead Door Service, because they were not a brokerage-referral service, but an actual local garage door company, offering an variety of beautiful garage doors, with wind and hurricane protection levels to select from. I purchased my garage door from them in 2022. A recent problem I had was corrected by technician, Fabian Veloso, who assed my garage door malfunction and corrected it within seconds.
