We are repeat customers of Precision Garage Door Service as we maintain several rental properties in the SoFla area. I have always been very satisfied with the prompt & professional service we received from them. For this reason I am disappointed to write this review. Earlier this week one of our garage door openers reached the end of its useful life and we needed to replace it. Knowing this, I called Precision Garage Door Service and as usual they were prompt and scheduled a technician to visit the home that afternoon. The technician arrived as scheduled and we reviewed the necessary repair service. (New opener, rail, cables + installation). This is where my customary experience with Precision Garage Door Service immediately changed. I did not "shop" this service as I have always found their quotes to be fair. This time however, I was surprised by the amount of the quote. The quote appeared to be high, very high. My instincts were proven correct when unfortunately, I had to call another local garage door companiy that we have utilized in the past. The Precision Garage Door Service was 40% more at $1400 for a comparable opener, rail, cables + installation. Hopefully, this was an oversight or error but I will unfortunately need to scrutinize their quotes if I call upon them again form any repairs.

Dear Michael, I would like to apologize for your negative experience with us. However, no services have indicated to be performed. Precision strives for quality workmanship and we do our absolute best on keeping our word to assure the service runs smoothly. We hope to use this experience as a learning lesson in the future and better off customer service. Best regards

I am very upset with Precision door company because you have treated me very dishonored in putting me in a Collection Agency without any written notice when I Paid in full to your technician Brent two checks for the total amount of $614.70, in which I have proof of payment that I paid to your technician right after he finished his work.I have a receipt of payment. I am very upset and disappointed how you are treating me illegal to put me in a collection agency. I'm not going to pay TWICE. This is very irresposible way to treat a customer. I will never recommend any friend or family member to do any business with this irresponsible company. Hope you can solve this issue as soon as possible before I take legal action.
