I called the Kendall office and spoke to Tyler. I told him I had a broken spring and needed emergency service.He gave me a 4 hr.window from2--6 pm.Well Rafael Acosta was here in 35 minutes. He evaluated the issues and recommended that to make the system perfect, we should update things that were not right. I told him that I wanted it perfect and he agreed. He found and corrected 3 other issues that were from incorrect installation by another company in 2014. Rafael went to work and it was perfect in 1hr and 15 minutes. I was a manager for Publix Supermarkets for 42 years before I retired and I know premier customer service when I see it. Thank you Raphael Acosta for a premier experience with Precision. Now I know why Precision has the reputation that it does.
