Had trouble opening and closing garage door Sunday night, easily made a next day appointment online. Received text and email that Service Tech was enroute, arrived on time, identified 3 repair issues, provided repair options and service quote, and promptly completed the job. Tech made sure to explain what he repaired, opened and closed the door to checked that it was 100% before leaving. Good communications by text and email every step of the process.
