Mike was very professional. He discussed all options of a new garage door. Five minutes after he left, I received a detail quote in my email inbox. Alex is a true professional. Upon arrival, he introduced himself (and his assistant) with a hand shake and smile then asked what problems were being experienced with the door. He quickly identified the cause and explained what needed to be done. In addition, he suggested replacing the 10 guide rollers as the original ones were badly worn. The door now operates smoothly and quietly. Thanks Alex, for doing an excellent job !!!!
