Alejandro and Mario did a great job installing our new garage door. They were friendly, quick, and very clean. They cleaned the door and touched up a couple of small nicks after install. They put my workbench back in place and took away the old door and packing materials. Highly recommend.

We needed a new motor as well as new rollers for our existing garage door. The tech, Fabian, came within the specified time frame. He was very clear on what needed to be done and worked with us to get the best price possible for what we needed. The work was completed in a few hours and we are very pleased with our working garage door. The only negative was that the tech for our area is very busy and the appointment was made almost 2 weeks from when there was an opening. That being said, they must be good if they are that booked up in advance.

Technician, "ALEX" was fantastic with professional approach. He texted prior to arrival with a brief outline about himself as well as a picture. He seemed to understand our needs and promptly provided a project proposal. Unfortunately, the pricing was about 10% higher than our budget would allow, but we still believe this company is superior to any other garage door company around.

This is a first class company. The estimate was correct. The appointment time was kept.The replacement of the 2 overhead doors was perfect down to sweeping the floor and leaving a can of lubricant and showing me what to spray every 6 months.The installer was polite and even got a call while he worked from the owner to make sure there were no problems with the install.You will not be disappointed with Precision Door Service.

This company is professional, dependable and honest. I'm in Cudjoe Key with two 12-foot high garage doors. Both needed various parts replaced and parts repaired. This company is very knowledgeable and able to problem solve on site. I highly recommend Precision and will definitely use them again!
