I made a phone call inquiring about service at 4:30 PM. All my questions were answered professionally and to my satisfaction by Christy. A technician was dispatched for next day service between 8:00-12:00. Fabian Veloso arrived at 8:00AM. He diagnosed and discussed the options for replacement of a malfunctioning 30+ year old(!) garage door operator. An agreement on product selection and price was quick and uncomplicated. The install occurred with no drama and in just under 2 hours. I am delighted with Fabian's professionalism, product knowledge, skill and install competency. Highly recommend!

The Technician Rafael Acosta was very knowledgeable. After I demonstrated and told him what was the problem he knew exactly what the problem was and what he needed to do. We had been living with the annoying problem for quite a while because I feared the issue not happening when they came and then having to pay a service call fee of $75. But I recently came across their company online and noticed that they do not charge that fee if a service is completed and I now knew exactly when the problem occurred.. Rafael was in and out in no time and my garage door works perfect. Rafael was also very pleasant and respectful.

Very good service. He fixed the broken arm and did maintenance as well. I just have a question. I have been thru some bad hurricanes like Andrew in 1992. What happens if the electric goes off and I need to open the garage door? This door is very heavy. How would I get it open manually with no electric? Thank you for getting this garage door fixed so quickly.

Second time I’ve used them. First time for a double garage impact insulated door did a marvelous job. The next time for my daughter’s double garage door that was in poor shape. The technicians were excellent I would recommend this company to anyone who needs garage door work

The technician was in perfect time, even he called before arriving, to give me the estimated time when he will be at my house. The company already has sent me his picture and a brief personality profile including a nice touch about his family and hobbies. It took around 5 minutes to diagnose the problem. The repair was expensive, but in this economy for somebody to give you lifetime warranty for the motor and belt, it is very, very rare. Then it is not so expensive and you have piece of mind. The repair was done over the weekend without additional fees. Two other companies failed to diagnose the problem and i paid for some parts i did not need. This motor change was done in one hour, including programming jnto my phone of the garage door opener and the camera, and after he finished, all the boxes were gone and the place was cleaned up. This company will stay with me forever.My garage door is smooth as in the first day after building the house.
