Absolutely amazing customer service! They kept us informed and updated every step of the way. Within only 24 hours they were able to go out, get us an estimate, and complete repairs while also providing photos of completion. This is our first time using Precision and they impressed us, we plan on using them again for future door repairs!

This company is professional, dependable and honest. I'm in Cudjoe Key with two 12-foot high garage doors. Both needed various parts replaced and parts repaired. This company is very knowledgeable and able to problem solve on site. I highly recommend Precision and will definitely use them again!

I knew very little to nothing about Iron electric gates. Robert knowing this took the time to go by my property gave me so much information enough to help me make a conscious decision which at the end in my case it was not worth of installing an electric gate. I purchased a Liftmaster Swing gate opener. I had looked on the internet and searched for a reputable Dealer/installer that you can trust. Not only did the owner and his precision team come through. I didn’t even have the opportunity to meet him In person. From the initial call to the complete installation it was AMAZING!!! Best pricing and customer service around. The whole process took 2 days from my initial call. This is unheard of these days. FANTASTIC!!! Precision Doors of Miami Is the best. Thank you to the owner and team!!!

My springs and rollers were replaced in December by Juan Menendez. Because of that experience, I called them last week to repair my garage door where the connection with the opener had broken. This repair was done by Robert. In both cases the receptionist was very pleasant and responsive and an appointment was easily scheduled. The technicians arrived at the beginning of the appointment window and were very friendly, professional, easy to work with and responsive to any questions I had. This service could not have been better. I am happy to recommend them unconditionally and give them a 5 star rating, only because there is nothing higher!
