I called because of an issue that I was having with my remote. Rafael arrived in almost 30 min and almost immediately found my problem. He checked for other issues and corrected my problem. Invidious was great. He came 1&1/2 hours before the appointment window & fixed the door with no problem. He then performed maintenance on the system & tested everything to make sure it all worked properly. He did more than I expected for a great price. They will be the only company I use in the future.

The reason I choose Precision is because my opener needed to be unprogrammed. Rafael and Chris were helpful, professional and friendly. Both gave me an advice regarding the rail and wheels that needs to be replaced. I ended up buying a new opener because we could not find in the house the other repeater that allows our cars to open the garage door.

Precision is the most professional organization I have dealt in a long time. We called them one evening and they were out the next day. They confirmed our appointment via email and were at my home when they said they would be. You do not find this type of service this day and age. Not only that, they did not charge us stating the work was not significant enough to charge. This is my second time using Precision and I will use their services always. They are truly amazing!
