I contacted Precision to change my garage door opener and received excellent service, it was a pleasure doing business with them. Within 1 hour of my call I had an appointment for the same day, Ray was very professional and knowledgeable about the product, he explained the repair options to me at different price ranges. Best of all he had all the parts with him, he replaced my opener and left my garage exactly as he found it. This garage door opener is the best I have ever had and the service was definitely 5 star. I contacted Precision Garage the upgrade my garage system. Noel was my technician along well th his assistant (can’t remember his name). Both gentlemen was extremely pro and knowledgeable. They gave me several options that help me to choose the best solution for my budget. No pushy sale tactics! Just straight forward and no gimmicks! I am big on customer service and they exceeded my expectations. I will highly recommend Precision Garage.

A truly professional organization from my initial call for service to the completion of the job. Technician explained everything ( service needs, different costs, etc ). Job was completed the same day as my call. You do not find that kind of service frequently. Nothing but high praise for Precision and will recommend to friends.
