I chose Precisión doors because I was very pleased with the with the efficient and professional service received when I first called to set an appointment. The receptionist was easy to work with as she listened carefully to my needs and was able to provide an early appointment for a consultation. The technician was in perfect time, even he called before arriving, to give me the estimated time when he will be at my house. The company already has sent me his picture and a brief personality profile including a nice touch about his family and hobbies. It took around 5 minutes to diagnose the problem. The repair was expensive, but in this economy for somebody to give you lifetime warranty for the motor and belt, it is very, very rare. Then it is not so expensive and you have piece of mind. The repair was done over the weekend without additional fees. Two other companies failed to diagnose the problem and i paid for some parts i did not need. This motor change was done in one hour, including programming jnto my phone of the garage door opener and the camera, and after he finished, all the boxes were gone and the place was cleaned up. This company will stay with me forever.My garage door is smooth as in the first day after building the house.

My technician was Rafael A. He was so professional and courteous. He was able to quickly identify and fix the problem. He explained why the problem occurred, and advised me as to what may need to be done in the future if the problem arises again. The service Rafael provided was beyond excellent.
