I'm very pleased with the service provided by the Miami team. I have a very heavy 12' x 12' door which was becoming dangerous to operate and they fixed it and installed an automatic opener which is amazing. They had to come back 3 time for adjustments, and always did so promptly and free of charge. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing garage door service.

The technician that went to do regular maintenance on my garage door did not meet my expectations. I called to express my dissatisfaction and spoke with the owner, he immediately apologized and scheduled an appointment with me to perform the maintenance on my garage door himself. He was prompt and took his time to inspect, tighten up hardware and check the door balance. He mentioned to me that I will need to replace my rollers but that it was nothing the needed my immediate attention at this time. I was pleased with his honesty and professionalism.

I was in need to install the garage door opener and I called Precision after i tried several other companies. The Precision offered me a service same day. The technician, Fabian, performed a job on a higly professional level. He was pleasant to talk and explained to me that in my best interest i have to replace the rolleres as the original one give too much noise and out of the code. I took his recommendation seriosly and agreed on change.

I have been a general contractor in South Florida for 18 years and was in need of replacement panels for several garage doors at an apartment complex. After being let down by the company I had previously used, I called Precision based on reviews and reputation and have been pleasantly surprised and completely satisfied so far. I needed my project to be addressed quickly and Robert and Edward met me on site next day. They were on time, professional, kind and extremely knowledgeable and are capable of handling my project within the timeline I requested. We have not installed any of the doors yet and I will update or add another review once the work is complete but so far I am 100% satisfied and believe that I have found my go-to company for any garage door service and installation moving forward. Three years ago I had a garage door installed with Precision and was totally satisfied with the service and professional installation of this company. Now I needed an electric opener and I called them again, this is how businesses grow by offering good service and quality products. I called in the morning and the tech was here within one and half hours. Less than two hours later it was done. The technician, Rainier Salcedo, is a true professional. Juan Menendez and partner were very professional. They were available to service me before my appointment; therefore I received a courtesy call to inform of their availability as well as to confirm if their early arrival would be accepted. With my approval, they arrived within minutes and were very enthusiastic about finding the problem(s). They inspected the garage door and immediately pointed out why it was not opening. All of my questions were answered. An explanation of each part, price, warranty, and etc. was simplified so that I was able to understand and select the best option based on the need and my budget. Once my decision was make, Juan and his partner applied their professional expertise in completing the garage door repair.

My springs and rollers were replaced in December by Juan Menendez. Because of that experience, I called them last week to repair my garage door where the connection with the opener had broken. This repair was done by Robert. In both cases the receptionist was very pleasant and responsive and an appointment was easily scheduled. The technicians arrived at the beginning of the appointment window and were very friendly, professional, easy to work with and responsive to any questions I had. This service could not have been better. I am happy to recommend them unconditionally and give them a 5 star rating, only because there is nothing higher!
