Te usé porque compré un Groupon para tu servicio. No fue honrado aunque el lenguaje claro mostraba que debería haberlo sido. Aunque tu técnico fue muy profesional, como no mostraste el Groupon en tu sistema, nada se hizo. ¡NO ME ENVÍES UNA DECLARACIÓN COMO SI HUBIERA TRABAJO HECHO! TU SISTEMA RECHAZÓ MI REVISIÓN PORQUE NO LISTÉ UN SERVICIO, ESO ES PORQUE NO HUBO, PERO MARQUÉ UNO PARA QUE ESTO PASARA.

Tuve un problema de instalación con un abre-puertas de garaje Liftmaster nuevo. Escribí un correo electrónico a Precision y recibí una llamada del presidente de la compañía, ofreciéndome a hacerlo bien y así lo hicieron. Enviaron un nuevo abridor de puerta de garaje (un mejor modelo) en un par de días, lo instalaron y ahora funciona perfectamente. Muchas muchas gracias.

Pensé que había comprado un Liftmaster 8355, que según el técnico tendría capacidad MyFi. Esa es la única razón por la que compré el 8355. El técnico me informó que Prevision no vende el portal de Internet, que compré por separado. Cuando fui a instalarlo, descubrí que aparentemente el técnico instaló un modelo 3265-267, que no tiene la capacidad de wifi (y es más barato que el modelo 8355 más caro, por el cual me cobraron un precio bastante alto) Muy descontento hoy.

No podría haber estado más satisfecho con el servicio que recibí. Me dijeron que un técnico llegaría a mi casa el mismo día entre las 2 y las 4 pm. A las 1:50 pm, el técnico Juan llamó para avisarme que estaba en camino y llegó alrededor de las 2:10 pm. Juan también fue educado, profesional y diagnosticó rápidamente el problema con mi puerta de garaje.
