Bringing that experience and putting it to use with our company has helped make sure we are able to handle even complicated issues pretty easily here in Miami. Fabian is a theme park enthusiast and usually spends time off heading to Orlando for the parks as much as he can. I had been getting the run around from Lowes and Angi for 3 weeks trying to get my garage door opener installed. I called Precision Garage Door and immediately got a human, explained my situation and was given an appointment less than 2 hours later. The tech they sent was extremely knowledgeable and had my door opener installed and working in short order. I am so happy with precision. They are the absolute greatest!

I made a phone call inquiring about service at 4:30 PM. All my questions were answered professionally and to my satisfaction by Christy. A technician was dispatched for next day service between 8:00-12:00. Fabian Veloso arrived at 8:00AM. He diagnosed and discussed the options for replacement of a malfunctioning 30+ year old(!) garage door operator. An agreement on product selection and price was quick and uncomplicated. The install occurred with no drama and in just under 2 hours. I am delighted with Fabian's professionalism, product knowledge, skill and install competency. Highly recommend!

I chose Precision Overhead Door Service, because they were not a brokerage-referral service, but an actual local garage door company, offering an variety of beautiful garage doors, with wind and hurricane protection levels to select from. I purchased my garage door from them in 2022. A recent problem I had was corrected by technician, Fabian Veloso, who assed my garage door malfunction and corrected it within seconds. There was no charge. Precision ODS has always presented to me with the best technicians and customer service. My thanks to them!

We needed a new motor as well as new rollers for our existing garage door. The tech, Fabian, came within the specified time frame. He was very clear on what needed to be done and worked with us to get the best price possible for what we needed. The work was completed in a few hours and we are very pleased with our working garage door. The only negative was that the tech for our area is very busy and the appointment was made almost 2 weeks from when there was an opening. That being said, they must be good if they are that booked up in advance.

Highly impressed with the online chat service provided. I logged on after 8PM yesterday-Saturday 2/27/21, and within 10 minutes, Mary had provided me with an appointment for today between 2-4 PM. Fabian arrived at 3:30 and replaced broken spring and installed 10 silicone rollers. The whole ordeal probably took about 30-40 min. Garage door has never been quieter. Satisfied customer. This is a first class company. The estimate was correct. The appointment time was kept.The replacement of the 2 overhead doors was perfect down to sweeping the floor and leaving a can of lubricant and showing me what to spray every 6 months.The installer was polite and even got a call while he worked from the owner to make sure there were no problems with the install.You will not be disappointed with Precision Door Service.
