I am totally impressed and satisfied with the replacement of my noisy and shaky garage door. Robert and Juan came ontime and in an hour and a half had a SILENT and SMOOTHLY operating garage door installed. They were pleasant and personable and instructed me of the nuances of the new door. I chose Precision Door Service because of their experience, time servicing the south Florida area and their fast and professional ability to respond to my home and repair what was needed. They were available to service me before my appointment; therefore I received a courtesy call to inform of their availability as well as to confirm if their early arrival would be accepted. With my approval, they arrived within minutes and were very enthusiastic about finding the problem(s). They inspected the garage door and immediately pointed out why it was not opening. All of my questions were answered. An explanation of each part, price, warranty, and etc. was simplified so that I was able to understand and select the best option based on the need and my budget. Juan fixed my garage door quickly and he lubricated it and now the door performs perfectly. It’s so quiet ... all my friends and family comment. It surprises them.
