I called Precision Door Service of Miami after another company failed to show up as promised. The staff at Precision Door Service of Miami was so helpful! Originally they scheduled me for a few days out, but worked some magic and was able to see me the very next day instead ( that day happened to be Sunday of a Holiday weekend). The technician Fabian was prompt and professional!! My issue was a simple fix but he took the time to educate me on my garage door and the recommended maintenance. Companies and employees like this are few and far between these days! Thank you and I’d recommend them to everyone with garage door install or repair needs!!

I purchased a Liftmaster Swing gate opener. I had looked on the internet and searched for a reputable Dealer/installer that you can trust. Not only did the owner and his precision team come through. I didn’t even have the opportunity to meet him In person. From the initial call to the complete installation it was AMAZING!!! Best pricing and customer service around. The whole process took 2 days from my initial call. This is unheard of these days. FANTASTIC!!! Precision Doors of Miami Is the best. Thank you to the owner and team!!!

My springs and rollers were replaced in December by Juan Menendez. Because of that experience, I called them last week to repair my garage door where the connection with the opener had broken. This repair was done by Robert. In both cases the receptionist was very pleasant and responsive and an appointment was easily scheduled. The technicians arrived at the beginning of the appointment window and were very friendly, professional, easy to work with and responsive to any questions I had. This service could not have been better. I am happy to recommend them unconditionally and give them a 5 star rating, only because there is nothing higher!

I'm very pleased with the service provided by the Miami team. I have a very heavy 12' x 12' door which was becoming dangerous to operate and they fixed it and installed an automatic opener which is amazing. They had to come back 3 time for adjustments, and always did so promptly and free of charge. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing garage door service.

The technician that went to do regular maintenance on my garage door did not meet my expectations. I called to express my dissatisfaction and spoke with the owner, he immediately apologized and scheduled an appointment with me to perform the maintenance on my garage door himself. He was prompt and took his time to inspect, tighten up hardware and check the door balance. He mentioned to me that I will need to replace my rollers but that it was nothing the needed my immediate attention at this time. I was pleased with his honesty and professionalism.

I am totally impressed and satisfied with the replacement of my noisy and shaky garage door.
