Very professional company. Sent me an email message with verification of my appointment. Then on day of appointment sent me a note on the person Juan that would be my technician with a way to track his arrival. That is a wonderful customer service tool. Juan was also very nice and professional and so was the second technician that came with him; sorry I do not remember his name right now. Great experience would highly recommended

I am extremely happy with this company. It took less than 2 hours from the time I called to have a technician come out to my house, give me an estimate, and replace my garage door opener. I consider myself very lucky to have Juan Menendez as the technician who did the work. He was very respectful, professional, thorough and neat. I will definitely do business with this company in the future. Also all of the young ladies that I spoke to on the telephone were very compassionate, friendly, and helpful.

The technician arrived early after calling to check if that would be okay. Juan introduced himself and went immediately to the garage to assess the issue. He went to work quickly and had the repair done in a short time. Juan also applied silicone to the hinges and wheels/tracks. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Absolutely deserves 5 STARS. I will definitely call Precision again and plan to thank my neighbor for recommending this company.

The technician Jancarlos Antunez was very professional. He came on time and diagnosed the problem. He gave me three options for work to be done on the door depending on the level of repair work and the costs. Once I selected my preferred option, he went to work immediately. Gave me several alternatives, and completed the repair and additional work I selected in the time he said it would take. The door is working great and after he lubricated the hinges, is super-quiet.
