I chose Precision Door Service because of their experience, time servicing the south Florida area and their fast and professional ability to respond to my home and repair what was needed. The Technician, Juan, was on time, very professional, and patiently explained what was needed, and gave me several options on how to approach the repair and how much I would pay for each option. I would definitely recommend Precision. I will be a customer for life. I rarely meet people with such a high level of customer service. I called in the morning because my garage door would not open all the the way. By noon I had a tec by the of Jose at my door to repair my garage door. He evaluated my situation and gave me options. Once I decided, he moved ahead and rebuilt my garage door. He got the job done fast and took time after to explain how to maintain the door going forward. He did a great job and was very informative. I would without any reservation recommend this company and especially Jose if you have garage door issues.

Juan Menendez and partner were very professional. They were available to service me before my appointment; therefore I received a courtesy call to inform of their availability as well as to confirm if their early arrival would be accepted. With my approval, they arrived within minutes and were very enthusiastic about finding the problem(s). They inspected the garage door and immediately pointed out why it was not opening. All of my questions were answered. An explanation of each part, price, warranty, and etc. was simplified so that I was able to understand and select the best option based on the need and my budget. Once my decision was make, Juan and his partner applied their professional expertise in completing the garage door repair.

My old garage door opener died and within 40 minutes of calling the company Juan and Ray showed up. They installed a new door opener and new springs within an hour. They were very informative, courteous and helpful. They did a nice job and I would highly recommend this company.

Very professional company. Sent me an email message with verification of my appointment. Then on day of appointment sent me a note on the person Juan that would be my technician with a way to track his arrival. That is a wonderful customer service tool. Juan was also very nice and professional and so was the second technician that came with him; sorry I do not remember his name right now. Great experience would highly recommended

I am extremely happy with this company. It took less than 2 hours from the time I called to have a technician come out to my house, give me an estimate, and replace my garage door opener. I consider myself very lucky to have Juan Menendez as the technician who did the work. He was very respectful, professional, thorough and neat.
