The first company that I had to come out and give me a bid for a new garage door was, shall we say, lacking in knowledge. They were NOT impressive. The technician who came the next day from Precision, Noel, was extremely knowledgeable. I knew within 5 minutes that his company was going to get my business. I waited until now to write a review to see if the installation team was as good. They were! They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable; heck, they even cleaned up after finishing the job. Do you know how hard it is to find competent people in Miami? What a pleasure! I would give them 10 stars but the website only goes as high as 5!

Outstanding Service. I had a problem and in less than one hour a technician arrived, fixed the problem and charged me nothing. He even lubricated that rollers for us. The is a 6 star rating on a 1 to 5 scale!!!

I called for an estimate today and was told that someone would be to my home between 12 to 2 on the same day. That was impressive. Then Juan showed up. He was timely, professional, knowledgeable , kind and showed great patience in answering my questions. Well, I thought I was going to get an estimate only but after my encounter with Juan I decided that Precision Doors was the place that I should make my purchase. So far, Precision rates a 5 with me. Can hardly wait for the installation

I was very pleased with my entire experience with Precision Garage Door of Miami! Juan came to provide an estimate. He was very informative and efficient! I spoke with Krystal and Jake a few times and both were very helpful! They answered my questions and completely explained the options I'd chosen. Juan and Ray did the installation. It was done very well and they were most helpful in explaining the operation of the new garage door, garage door opener, keypad and app. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door!

Found you on home advisor along with two other companies. Your service was by far superior. From the scheduling, Jake was there within an hour of my call, and it was pouring rain. He gave me 3 options in details, and in writing. I knew I was going with you guys, but gave the other two a chance to respond. The installation was prompt and professional. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the entire team from the cheery voice that made my appointment to the service technicians. I just went through a hurricane & they came the same day I called. The technicians were very informative in explaining why my garage door no longer worked and they gave me three financial choices of repair which gives a consumer confidence knowing they are not just trying to sell you something at the highest price. I highly recommend this company.

We just moved into our house and I didn't know anything about garage doors. All I knew was my door did not have the motor to open and close it. I did some research and saw all the positive reviews for Precision Garage Doors. I called to get a quote and had a friendly lady offer me three different time slots that SAME DAY for a technician to come out. I chose my preferred time, which was 4-6pm. My technician was Noel and he showed up at 3:50pm for our appointment. I have been dealing with so many companies and contractors and it is so rare to have people show up when they promise. This was my first sign that this was a great company. Noel explained that he would be performing a 25-point inspection of my garage door. I had no idea there were that many components to a garage door. When he was done he carefully explained and pointed out each element on our garage door and the condition it was in. He also explained the difference it would make over the long term to make the door safer and to keep it running smoothly. When I asked how long all of this would take, expecting the common answer of "a few weeks because I need to order parts", I was again pleasantly surprised when Noel said he could do everything in the next 2 hours and our garage door would be up and running that evening because he came with all the components in his truck. Wow, just wow! What great service to have this issue resolved so quickly and so professionally! After everything was installed, I was AMAZED. Noel turned our creaky rattling garage door into something that runs so smoothly and quietly! I didn't even know that was possible because I have never seen a garage door that runs so well. From start to finish, I was extremely happy with the service provided by Precision Doors and especially our technician. I wish every company performed like this!

I could have not been more pleased with the service I received. When I called for service on a Sat. morning the phone was answered promptly and the representative was polite and well informed. I was told that a technician would arrive at my house same day between the hours of 2 and 4pm. At about 1:50pm the technician Juan called to let me know that he was on his way and he arrived at about 2:10pm. Juan was also polite, professional and he quickly diagnosed the problem with my garage door. He provided me three quotes all of which I thought were reasonably priced for the work involved. After agreeing on the work to be performed he retrieved the tools and parts from his truck and immediately went to work. Within about 1 hour, the job was complete and the garage door was functioning better than ever. It's rare today when service actually lives up to expectations but my experience with Precision Door actually exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them.
