We were told by Mr. Orlando Rodriguez that parts were no longer available for our Genie system although the bracket holding the front pulley for the chain had torn out of the wood into which it had been screwed. Very good service. He fixed the broken arm and did maintenance as well. I just have a question. I have been thru some bad hurricanes like Andrew in 1992. What happens if the electric goes off and I need to open the garage door? This door is very heavy. How would I get it open manually with no electric?
