The technician (Rafael Acosta) was very helpful in explaining what was needed to get the opener installed and the door working properly. He went over the different options I have to make that happen. My garage door needed a complete overhaul. New springs, spring shaft /bearing, cables, rollers, and a new garage door opener. It was a complete mess! I called Precision Garage Door Service and they had a technician out the next day. Rafael Acosta called in advance of the appointment to let me know he was on his way, and actually arrived early for our appointment. He took a look at my door and gave me a couple of options. He gave me an estimate and went to work. He had everything required in his service van and within 3 hours, I had a brand new garage door opening system. It wasn't cheap, but considering all the parts and labor, in my opinion, it was a fair price.Rafael was very professional, quite knowledgeable, and cleaned everything up before he left. He even helped us program the wireless feature of the opener. All in all, a very good experience, and I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service
