The technician arrived early after calling to check if that would be okay. Juan introduced himself and went immediately to the garage to assess the issue. He went to work quickly and had the repair done in a short time. Juan also applied silicone to the hinges and wheels/tracks. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Absolutely deserves 5 STARS. I will definitely call Precision again and plan to thank my neighbor for recommending this company.

A 5 star rating to Juan/Technician. His knowledge, work ethic and professional manner should be commended. Juan dealt with my son directly and me via telephone. He replaced the springs rollers and ball bearings. He made sure the door was in good running condition before leaving. I also appreciate your coming to my home the same day, no less earlier than expected.

The technician Jancarlos Antunez was very professional. He came on time and diagnosed the problem. He gave me three options for work to be done on the door depending on the level of repair work and the costs. Once I selected my preferred option, he went to work immediately. Jancarlos worked steadily until the necessary parts were replaced and the door was working without problems. Many thanks to Precision and Jancarlos for the professional and efficient operations.

Gave me several alternatives, and completed the repair and additional work I selected in the time he said it would take. The door is working great and after he lubricated the hinges, is super-quiet. I need a new garage door and the website provide me with the information I needed to know, the assurance of dealing with a serious company and the ability to chat with a representative that responded to all my questions and allow me to schedule a visit for an estimate with the technicians the same day. The technicians, Jan Carlos and Ryan were very professional and knowledgeable and provided me with several options for the door replacement including the required permits, all very reasonably priced. They will be definitively my first choice when ready to do the job.

Great service, prompt and courteous. I called another company on Monday. Will not even mention their names, but it starts with an A.......They promised they were coming out every day since Monday, and to this day, Thursday, July 19th, they still have not shown up or even called. I called Precision today and within a couple of hours they were here and my garage door fixed. 10 star service.

Excellent service. Technician, Ray Salcedo, was very competent neat and polite. I am still waiting for my receipt to be emailed to me with the detailed explanation of what was done. I called them today to ask that this be taken care of and I was assured the receipt would be emailed to me within the hour. I will give them 5 stars once this is accomplished.

I am extremely happy with this company. It took less than 2 hours from the time I called to have a technician come out to my house, give me an estimate, and replace my garage door opener. I consider myself very lucky to have Juan Menendez as the technician who did the work. He was very respectful, professional, thorough and neat. I will definitely do business with this company in the future. Also all of the young ladies that I spoke to on the telephone were very compassionate, friendly, and helpful.
