Precision garage door did a great job when installing a new motor for my garage door. Juan Menendez and partner were very professional. They were available to service me before my appointment; therefore I received a courtesy call to inform of their availability as well as to confirm if their early arrival would be accepted. With my approval, they arrived within minutes and were very enthusiastic about finding the problem(s). They inspected the garage door and immediately pointed out why it was not opening. All of my questions were answered. An explanation of each part, price, warranty, and etc. was simplified so that I was able to understand and select the best option based on the need and my budget. Once my decision was make, Juan and his partner applied their professional expertise in completing the garage door repair.

Very professional company. Sent me an email message with verification of my appointment. Then on day of appointment sent me a note on the person Juan that would be my technician with a way to track his arrival. That is a wonderful customer service tool. Juan was also very nice and professional and so was the second technician that came with him; sorry I do not remember his name right now. Great experience would highly recommended

I am extremely happy with this company. It took less than 2 hours from the time I called to have a technician come out to my house, give me an estimate, and replace my garage door opener. I consider myself very lucky to have Juan Menendez as the technician who did the work. He was very respectful, professional, thorough and neat. The technician arrived early after calling to check if that would be okay. Juan introduced himself and went immediately to the garage to assess the issue. He went to work quickly and had the repair done in a short time. Juan also applied silicone to the hinges and wheels/tracks. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Absolutely deserves 5 STARS. I will definitely call Precision again and plan to thank my neighbor for recommending this company.

He replaced the springs rollers and ball bearings. He made sure the door was in good running condition before leaving. The technician Jancarlos Antunez was very professional. He came on time and diagnosed the problem. He gave me three options for work to be done on the door depending on the level of repair work and the costs. Once I selected my preferred option, he went to work immediately.
