Installer JuanCarlos Antunez right on time and was extremely professional. Very knowledgeable in his trade. Explained to me what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. For any company good service and friendly employees makes customers spread the word. I will certainly recommend Precision to anyone needing work on they're garage door. Great service, prompt and courteous. I called another company on Monday. Will not even mention their names, but it starts with an A.......They promised they were coming out every day since Monday, and to this day, Thursday, July 19th, they still have not shown up or even called. I called Precision today and within a couple of hours they were here and my garage door fixed. 10 star service.

Excellent service. Technician, Ray Salcedo, was very competent neat and polite. I am still waiting for my receipt to be emailed to me with the detailed explanation of what was done. I called them today to ask that this be taken care of and I was assured the receipt would be emailed to me within the hour. I will give them 5 stars once this is accomplished.

I was very impressed with the service. I was given three estimates to choose from and the service man had everything on the truck and changed out my whole system in less then 2 hours. The service man was polite, explained everything and cleaned up after he was done.

Talk about meeting expectations. The garage door broke, I called Precision Garage Door and within two hours a technician was at the house. He was very helpful and suggested several ways to solve my problem. Always giving me options to meet my needs. Once we decided on what was to be done the repairs were completed in less than an hour. A truly professional organization from my initial call for service to the completion of the job. Technician explained everything ( service needs, different costs, etc ). Wow! Our garage broke last night and by 11 am our repair man was here! Living in Miami, you come to expect the worst from repair companies. Not this one! Thorough, honest and fair! I only wish I’d seen the coupon for the free service visit first! But truthfully, it was worth every penny! Thanks guys!
