Talk about meeting expectations. The garage door broke, I called Precision Garage Door and within two hours a technician was at the house. He was very helpful and suggested several ways to solve my problem. Always giving me options to meet my needs. Once we decided on what was to be done the repairs were completed in less than an hour. A truly professional organization from my initial call for service to the completion of the job. Technician explained everything ( service needs, different costs, etc ). Wow! Our garage broke last night and by 11 am our repair man was here! Living in Miami, you come to expect the worst from repair companies. Not this one! Thorough, honest and fair! I only wish I’d seen the coupon for the free service visit first! But truthfully, it was worth every penny! Thanks guys!

The first company that I had to come out and give me a bid for a new garage door was, shall we say, lacking in knowledge. They were NOT impressive. The technician who came the next day from Precision, Noel, was extremely knowledgeable. I knew within 5 minutes that his company was going to get my business. I waited until now to write a review to see if the installation team was as good. They were! They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable; heck, they even cleaned up after finishing the job. Do you know how hard it is to find competent people in Miami? What a pleasure! I would give them 10 stars but the website only goes as high as 5!

Outstanding Service. I had a problem and in less than one hour a technician arrived, fixed the problem and charged me nothing. He even lubricated that rollers for us. The is a 6 star rating on a 1 to 5 scale!!!

I called for an estimate today and was told that someone would be to my home between 12 to 2 on the same day. That was impressive. Then Juan showed up. He was timely, professional, knowledgeable , kind and showed great patience in answering my questions. Well, I thought I was going to get an estimate only but after my encounter with Juan I decided that Precision Doors was the place that I should make my purchase. So far, Precision rates a 5 with me. Can hardly wait for the installation
