A 15 tooth sprocket for my exiting garage 35yo door opener broke. I could not find a replacement part so I called Precision. Orlando Rodriguez from Precision came and surveyed my existing garage door opening installation and recommended I replace the unsafe springs, old chain drive door opener and mechanism, and door rollers. I agreed and Orlando efficiently installed the new garage door system. Excellent job. Orlando is a professional.

I made a phone call inquiring about service at 4:30 PM. All my questions were answered professionally and to my satisfaction by Christy. A technician was dispatched for next day service between 8:00-12:00. Fabian Veloso arrived at 8:00AM. He diagnosed and discussed the options for replacement of a malfunctioning 30+ year old(!) garage door operator. An agreement on product selection and price was quick and uncomplicated. The install occurred with no drama and in just under 2 hours. I am delighted with Fabian's professionalism, product knowledge, skill and install competency. Highly recommend!

The Technician Rafael Acosta was very knowledgeable. After I demonstrated and told him what was the problem he knew exactly what the problem was and what he needed to do. We had been living with the annoying problem for quite a while because I feared the issue not happening when they came and then having to pay a service call fee of $75. But I recently came across their company online and noticed that they do not charge that fee if a service is completed and I now knew exactly when the problem occurred.. Rafael was in and out in no time and my garage door works perfect. Rafael was also very pleasant and respectful.

I chose Precision Overhead Door Service, because they were not a brokerage-referral service, but an actual local garage door company, offering an variety of beautiful garage doors, with wind and hurricane protection levels to select from. I purchased my garage door from them in 2022. A recent problem I had was corrected by technician, Fabian Veloso, who assed my garage door malfunction and corrected it within seconds. There was no charge. Precision ODS has always presented to me with the best technicians and customer service. My thanks to them!

I just want to take a minute to say what a great company. Your technician was on time and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain all the steps that he would be taking to diagnose the problem with my garage door opener. In the end he replaced to motor. It’s refreshing to encounter great customer service these days. I had called one other company before I called yours. They text me back this exact message. “Hi we got our team full with emergency Services. I don’t have any truck available near the área. I appologize but we wont be able to assist you.” Thanks for picking up my call. I’ll use your company for all my properties.
