Our technician, (Brent) was so intelligent and informative! From the initial phone call to completion of the work, this company was attentive and professional. We required immediate attention and scheduled a same day service. Precision was attentive in learning about our problem, and scheduled service for today. Brent actually phoned us and determined that he could arrive early and he diagnosed our problem quickly. He educated us about the quality of our garage door and gave us options about the repairs available to us. My husband observed that Brent totally knew what he was doing. He was kind, thoughtful and competent. We will rely on this company again for any garage door repairs. Thanks a million! Your new customers in Miami Shores

Outstanding service. Very professional technician, and came quickly. Extremely honest and helpful. After diagnosing our problem, he advised that our equipment was still under warranty from the Home Depot contractor who installed it and that we should contact them for replacement. Did not charge for the visit. We would use Juan and Precision Door Service when we need them again and would give them the highest satisfaction rating.

He arrived promptly, rather late at night and was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and qualified. I would rate this service a 5 . He was excellent .
