We just moved into our house and I didn't know anything about garage doors. All I knew was my door did not have the motor to open and close it. I did some research and saw all the positive reviews for Precision Garage Doors. I called to get a quote and had a friendly lady offer me three different time slots that SAME DAY for a technician to come out. I chose my preferred time, which was 4-6pm. My technician was Noel and he showed up at 3:50pm for our appointment. I have been dealing with so many companies and contractors and it is so rare to have people show up when they promise. This was my first sign that this was a great company. Noel explained that he would be performing a 25-point inspection of my garage door. I had no idea there were that many components to a garage door. When he was done he carefully explained and pointed out each element on our garage door and the condition it was in. He also explained the difference it would make over the long term to make the door safer and to keep it running smoothly. When I asked how long all of this would take, expecting the common answer of "a few weeks because I need to order parts", I was again pleasantly surprised when Noel said he could do everything in the next 2 hours and our garage door would be up and running that evening because he came with all the components in his truck. Wow, just wow! What great service to have this issue resolved so quickly and so professionally! After everything was installed, I was AMAZED. Noel turned our creaky rattling garage door into something that runs so smoothly and quietly! I didn't even know that was possible because I have never seen a garage door that runs so well. From start to finish, I was extremely happy with the service provided by Precision Doors and especially our technician. I wish every company performed like this!

I could have not been more pleased with the service I received. When I called for service on a Sat. morning the phone was answered promptly and the representative was polite and well informed. I was told that a technician would arrive at my house same day between the hours of 2 and 4pm. At about 1:50pm the technician Juan called to let me know that he was on his way and he arrived at about 2:10pm. Juan was also polite, professional and he quickly diagnosed the problem with my garage door. He provided me three quotes all of which I thought were reasonably priced for the work involved. After agreeing on the work to be performed he retrieved the tools and parts from his truck and immediately went to work. Within about 1 hour, the job was complete and the garage door was functioning better than ever. It's rare today when service actually lives up to expectations but my experience with Precision Door actually exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them.

Very good and prompt service. The tech called prior to arriving and he was actually early. Very knowledgeable and curious, also. Accomplished the 'tune-up' on the garage door in a short amount of time. He described what he did and also left a can of silicon spray to use when the rollers started getting noisy again. I am thoroughly pleased with the servicing and would recommend this company to others.

I am very upset with Precision door company because you have treated me very dishonored in putting me in a Collection Agency without any written notice when I Paid in full to your technician Brent two checks for the total amount of $614.70, in which I have proof of payment that I paid to your technician right after he finished his work.I have a receipt of payment. I am very upset and disappointed how you are treating me illegal to put me in a collection agency. I'm not going to pay TWICE. This is very irresposible way to treat a customer. I will never recommend any friend or family member to do any business with this irresponsible company. Hope you can solve this issue as soon as possible before I take legal action.

The service technicians who made the service call to our home were extremely professional and technically proficient. They pointed out what needed to be done (some of which I was aware of) and the different price points. However, the price point for the total repair was too high. Given that my wife and I rarely use the garage, we are retired, and the lack of repairs did not impact the Hurricane sufficiency of the garage door, we declined to have the repairs done.

Excellent service -- our garage door was stuck in the down position on Saturday afternoon -- called Precision, they assigned the service call to a technician who arrived within two hours. Door opening device and springs needed to be replaced. The technician worked well into Saturday evening to complete the job.

I contacted Precision because they were referred to me by a friend. Technician Vincent arrived and was very friendly and professional. Vincent checked my garage door and replaced a broken spring. He also suggested some preventative maintenance (without pressure) that was needed. Overall, I was very happy with the service and and even happier with the price.
