24/7 service. Excellent technician ver polite and helpful. Motor has to be replaced with new rollers , remote control and keypad.and the tech will be here tomorrow at 8 am to install it. Called them of Friday afternoon and they were here that same night.i would certainly recommend your company for anyone needing this service. Thank you.

I can't say enough about this company I was replacing my Springs and rollers every two years poor quality parts they came out use commercial grade material for almost the same price also very professional and nice people I can't say enough about this company

On Sunday I was unable to open the garage door because of a broken spring. I first called Sears as the Craftsman contact. The best they were able to offer was a Tuesday inspection, with no promise for repairs. I found Precision Garage Doors on the internet and was able to arrange an early Monday visit to include inspection, quote and immediate repair, brilliant! Your technician Marcello called twice to update time of arrival, because he had been attending another customer before me. On the job, Marcello was friendly, informative and super competent. I had both torsion springs and all the rollers replaced. The garage door is working perfectly, and has never been quieter. If all your technicians are as good as Marcello, then lucky you. I had an installation problem with a new Liftmaster garage door opener. I wrote an email to Precision and got a call back from the president of the company, offering to make it right and they did. The sent out a new garage door opener (a better model) within a couple of days, installed it and now it works perfectly. Thank you very, very much.

I thought I had purchased a Liftmaster 8355, which the technician said would have MyFi capability. That is the sole reason I bought the 8355. The technician advised that Prevision does not sell the Internet gateway, which I purchased separately. When I went to install it, I found that apparently the technician installed a model 3265-267, which does not have the wifi capability (and is cheaper than the more expensive model 8355, for which I was charged a pretty high price) Very unhappy today.

Alex is a true professional. Upon arrival, he introduced himself (and his assistant) with a hand shake and smile then asked what problems were being experienced with the door. He quickly identified the cause and explained what needed to be done. In addition, he suggested replacing the 10 guide rollers as the original ones were badly worn. The door now operates smoothly and quietly. Thanks Alex, for doing an excellent job !!!!

Jose was very friendly, professional and efficient. He showed up early as there was some confusion about the appointment time but that actually worked well. He understood my situation (I'm the tenant trying to convince my landlord to fix or replace the garage door) and didn't try to upsell me on any unnecessary repairs or upgrades. Now I just hope that the landlord agrees to the quote and we can move forward...

Same day service! Repairman was running a bit late but he called to advise me of this. He made a special trip back to his shop to get the weather stripping I needed. It was late in the day by then but he still came back and completed my project rather than make me wait till the next day.

I almost never write a review, and I almost never read them. But the service we received from precision garage door was really something so good, that it makes me want to take a moment and thank them. Our door needed basic service because it was malfunctioning. There was a sensor that needed to be moved, which the technician did, efficiently and professionally, after arriving exactly on time. The charge was completely fair. This was compared to another garage door repair company who told my wife over the phone that the minimum cost would be at least $500, because our system would have to be completely replaced- without ever seeing the unit. Unfortunately, honest, competent, and professional companies are not as common as we would like them to be. Precision Garage Door is one of those companies. Don't hesitate to call them. James L
