Technician, "ALEX" was fantastic with professional approach. He texted prior to arrival with a brief outline about himself as well as a picture. He seemed to understand our needs and promptly provided a project proposal. Unfortunately, the pricing was about 10% higher than our budget would allow, but we still believe this company is superior to any other garage door company around.

The technician was in perfect time, even he called before arriving, to give me the estimated time when he will be at my house. The company already has sent me his picture and a brief personality profile including a nice touch about his family and hobbies. It took around 5 minutes to diagnose the problem. The repair was expensive, but in this economy for somebody to give you lifetime warranty for the motor and belt, it is very, very rare. Then it is not so expensive and you have piece of mind. The repair was done over the weekend without additional fees. Two other companies failed to diagnose the problem and i paid for some parts i did not need. This motor change was done in one hour, including programming jnto my phone of the garage door opener and the camera, and after he finished, all the boxes were gone and the place was cleaned up. This company will stay with me forever.My garage door is smooth as in the first day after building the house.

I did my research and realize that precision door had extremely high ratings. As soon as I made the phone call and spoke to a young lady by the name of Kali I knew I was with the right company. She was delightful, very helpful, and had me sold on the company before I even met Alex. Today Alex came to my home. He was the perfect person to come and speak to me about what I needed to do, what it would entail, and the product. I would not even bother getting a second opinion after dealing with these two people. I am expecting perfect results.
