Invidious was great. He came 1&1/2 hours before the appointment window & fixed the door with no problem. The reason I choose Precision is because my opener needed to be unprogrammed. Rafael and Chris were helpful, professional and friendly. Both gave me an advice regarding the rail and wheels that needs to be replaced. I ended up buying a new opener because we could not find in the house the other repeater that allows our cars to open the garage door.
