I could have not been more pleased with the service I received. When I called for service on a Sat. morning the phone was answered promptly and the representative was polite and well informed. I was told that a technician would arrive at my house same day between the hours of 2 and 4pm. At about 1:50pm the technician Juan called to let me know that he was on his way and he arrived at about 2:10pm. Juan was also polite, professional and he quickly diagnosed the problem with my garage door. He provided me three quotes all of which I thought were reasonably priced for the work involved. After agreeing on the work to be performed he retrieved the tools and parts from his truck and immediately went to work. Within about 1 hour, the job was complete and the garage door was functioning better than ever. It's rare today when service actually lives up to expectations but my experience with Precision Door actually exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them.

used you because i purchased a Groupon for your service. It was not honored even though the clear language showed it should have been. white your tech was very professional, as you did not show the groupon in your system, nothing got done DO NOT SEND ME A STATEMENT AS NO WORK DONE!!! YOUR SYSTEM REJECTED MY REVIEW BECAUSE I DID NOT LIST A SERVICE, THAT IS BECAUSE THERE WAS NOT, BUT I CHECKED ONE SO THIS WOULD GO THROUGH

I had an installation problem with a new Liftmaster garage door opener. I wrote an email to Precision and got a call back from the president of the company, offering to make it right and they did. The sent out a new garage door opener (a better model) within a couple of days, installed it and now it works perfectly. Thank you very, very much.

I thought I had purchased a Liftmaster 8355, which the technician said would have MyFi capability. That is the sole reason I bought the 8355. The technician advised that Prevision does not sell the Internet gateway, which I purchased separately. When I went to install it, I found that apparently the technician installed a model 3265-267, which does not have the wifi capability (and is cheaper than the more expensive model 8355, for which I was charged a pretty high price) Very unhappy today.

We are sending a senior technician back out, with a superior wifi enabled unit to install for you, and you can just return your internet gateway. From the moment I spoke to them over the phone it was obvious they place a high priority in quality customer care. Outstanding from A to Z.
